Hi Everyone,
Anyways, the newest problem I'm having is when I try and go to sites that we use flashplayer for is not working for some reason and saying that I need to download it even though I already have it downloaded and in fact, it updated it earlier too.
So, something is causing it to not recognize I even have it.
Any ideas on what to do?
Thanks,

How is everyone doing? I am having so many problems with my computer. I found out about this site from my brother-in-law who knows alot about computers and is trying to help me out with problems going on with mine whenever he can get over and all. Every time I try to watch a video, it always ask me to update my flash player. So I tried to update it, but it says windows already installed the latest version. I even followed their instructions and tried to find other things that could be the reason for the issue but it still won't work. This is extremely important: if you install Flash Player while Firefox is open, the Flash Player plugin won't be installed to Firefox and you won't be able to use Flash content in your Firefox browser even though the Flash Player is installed.
Any ideas on what to do?
If you're concerned about the security flaws associated with Adobe's Flash Player we show you how to find out if it's installed on your Mac, and how to uninstall it if it is.
Thanks,
Amy

You may experience one of the following issues while using Adobe Flash Player:
- Video does not display.
- A black or white box replaces the video.
- Colors are splotchy.
- A green line splits the player in two.
- The seek/navigation bar is missing or displaying incorrectly.
- The video stops playing when you change the resolution (especially in full screen mode).
Flash Player 10 and later can use your system’s graphics hardware to accelerate video decoding. Flash Player 10.2 and later can also accelerate video presentation on some sites, accelerating all aspects of video playback. If you are experiencing video playback issues in Flash Player, your video adapter driver software may have incompatibility issues. Follow the steps in this document to troubleshoot these issues and help provide Adobe with information it can use to improve Flash Player.
